Are the hats too much?*

I wasn't quite sure, but what's not to love about accessories?

Thank you for the suggestions. So many wonderful ideas; so little Photoshop proficiency. I might just pursue the Easter card idea--soooo Martha.

*Disclaimer: I still love these people, even Naked Belly Woman. Truly I do. But, c'mon. Would she send a picture of her naked leg to an amputee?  Posted by Hello

I love it!!! It's like Mardi Gras...but from the Twilight Zone.

And look at her hair...fertile and with good hair. Major envy going on here!

LOVE IT! I think when Wilburforce gets here I'm gonna take our family photo in a bikini and send it out so folks will say "Wow! She got into shape fast! Bitch!" And I'll laugh and laugh, fooled them....

I love the hats! I personally thought they added a very festive atmosphere to the giant belly.

Oh! What a nasty picture! I'm so glad that you spiffed it up a little bit ;-)

I love what you have done with the place!!
I would have torn it to shreds, regardless of my love for the woman, but you my dear, you turned this into something wonderful...a lovely piece of art! :-)

You're joking, right? She didn't really send you that. NO ONE would send ANYONE that picture on a card, even if that person was not dealing with IF. Ick!

Was that seriously presented to you suitable for framing? How did you keep from turning it to charcoal in the toaster oven?

And where did they get the idea for a picture like that?

I'm just proud of you for still being able to say that you love these people. I'm not sure that I could. That is just too too much!

Love the hats, but where, pray tell, are the horns?

I suppose having the tummy-monster from Alien burst forth would be a tad over the top, yes?

NOW THAT'S A CHRISTMAS CARD!!!! I think I may have discovered a new hobby! Bugsy, I'm so glad you have opened my eyes to this new, exciting past-time. I've gotta get my scanner hooked back up! I've got LOADS of "family collage" cards sitting around. The naked belly card is the height of poor taste, I must say. And I'm talking about it's condition BEFORE YOU PHOTOSHOPPED IT! Looks much better now, kid.

This story has inspired me. Next year I'm going to have my own photo collage done (artfully in black and white): a close-up of a belly injection (bruises shown off to one side); a giant bottle of clomid in the foreground with a fuzzy, screaming me in the background; the husband and I cradling imaginary babies while staring dolefully at the camera, and finally, me in sad-clown makeup. I know all my friends will love it!

I suppose your friend spent some money having this, um, work of art done. I'm simply speechless. I can't believe she sent this to you.
I love what you've done with it though...the hats, the embellishment now make this very worthy of a frame.

I think about this card all the time. I can't tell you how many times this has been my sanity saver. Ahhhh. I love it.
